RE: Hollis, NH activity?

I'm so glad it was simple like that. The 245 chassis allowed too much flex there for that still wire. The chassis on the 246t is more robust. The way I broke mine on my 245 was by wearing the radio on my belt and leaning on the antenna as it pressed on the seat in the car. Also, pressure can be avoided a bit by using a stubby antenna, though the reception may be affected somewhat.
