Looking for a replacement display for my BC780XLT

This unit has had a faulty display for years.  Now, I cannot see anything on it.

Any ideas where I can buy a broken 780XLT for cheep, or a replacement LCD.

In fact, if someone can provide me with a Uniden part number, or ANY information on the LCD display, it would be most helpful.
