CTCSS/DCS Not working

I am hoping someone can help me, recently the CTCSS/DCS feature stopped working (I don't know if I hit something or what).  When I select a channel or a channel keys up there is nothing lit or indicated in CTCSS/DCS field on the display.  However, when I go into the menu to program a PL, it is there (like it is programmed) but still will not display or work.

I have even cloned a scanner where the feature is working and still no luck.

Hopefully someone has experienced this problem and can help me.
