785D Service Manual-Schematic

What's up with getting a Service manual or Schematic for this Scanner?

I called Uniden Parts and they said the Government won't let them 
sell a Service Manual? 

Yet I been buying Service Manuals for the last 20 years from them for 
Scanners! I wanna build a Digital AGC to Buffer the Audio in the 
Digital Card, and need the Prints!

I need a Schematic -Anybody help?
