How it is different is the table used for the channels.

Standard goes 851.0125, 851.0375, 851.0625...

Splinter goes 851.0250, 851.0500, 851.0750...

The frequency table (frequencies used) is(are) the only difference. Yes,
the frequencies you posted are definitely for a splinter system, as they
end in a '0' (at four decimal places) rather than a '5'.
