If that's the case maybe there is another way. Decades ago when my town went to the 800mhz band for the local PD the old scanner crystals were no longer of use. Somebody made a down converter to use on the input of the scanner so the new 800mhz freqs could be heard. Anyone have a circuit or solution that will drop the input 15mhz so the BC785D can continue trunking on the old channels ? Dave >I don't think for the 785.
