Hello all I am new to the group and have not checked the archives yet, but I'll ask anyway. I am looking for a logging program that will give me some feedback about usage. Is the one made by Black Bag Software the only one that gives good feedback? Is there something else out there? I tried the Frequency Logger by Black Bag, but it does not want to work on my system. When it does it is great, I would recommend it. I e-mailed them my problems hoping for a solution but all I got was my money back. The nerve of those people, giving back my money and suggesting as competitor as a solution. What is this world coming to, next thing you know everyone going to offer a money back guarantee if your not happy. I must be use to getting the short end of the stick. If I can get it working I am going to send them back a payment. It is worth the money. In there defense I can understand not
being able to trouble shoot everyone problems. Especially because some of us think just because you can turn it on you can use it. I am going to try it on another system, maybe it is a AMD thing (it maximizes out the processor, and after you close it is still running in the Task Manager). But does anyone else using some other software that does logging? Not just the frequency, but counting hits, time and usage.

Thanks,

Mike

If you have come here to find out about the 785D you have come to the right place! In fact the discussion of the BC-785D and how it works is the only acceptable topic on this list. Any discussion about anything other than the BC-785D is OFF TOPIC. I hope this is clear to all group members..
