Hi Chuck,
First, to get out of scan mode, press the hold button.
Then type in the frequency. But the problem is, you
need to have a channel to put it. I think it will
always save it to a channel and will even overide a
previous saved channel if that is where it stops after
pressing the hold button to get out of scan mode. Not
sure if that helps any.
