My understanding is that a local PD will soon switch to dispatching
  via VOIP (Voice Over IP).

Is there any card (similar to the APCO card) that will allow us to
  receive VOIP dispatched calls?

Is there ANY way to receive VOIP dispatched calls??

  Tom
