need ribbon cable

Hi Folks, I just received this radio and it is in need of the 12 conductor ribbon cable Part#T9206736, that connects the control board and the local board also one of the black keepers that hold in the ribbon. 
 I have checked with Yaesu and they no longer have these. I can attempt a repair but this piece of ribbon is only an 1 1/2" long.  Thanks, John   KF7OM
