They are commonly called FPC cables and are widely available. I recently repaired a FT857 and picked up a few from eBay. I think aliexpress has them too. Mouser and Digikey also stock them. You'll have to do some digging to figure out the spacing but datasheets are available on line.  I paid about $10 for 5 delivered I think.
