I just replaced the blown finals on my FT100d with SM725MP from RF parts, $203 for the pair, and now I have 100 watts of HF again. I set the bias for .8 amps per device as per they manufactures recommendations. A straight drop in replacement with no other mods needed. Enjoy the repaired FT100D.
