FT100 Clicks but no power

Recently got a FT100 and was hoping to get some help or guidance on the repair of the radio. When plugged in, a relay click can be heard and if the power button is pressed, a relay click, brief fan spin, and the lcd backlight lights up for a second but then shuts off. I did see power on J7005 pin 4 but beyond that, wasn't really able to find any more troubleshooting info. Any ideas? Edward, KD9LIU
