I'm doing everything correctly, to the letter, as far as I can tell and 
I just can't get the program to download.  The folders all show up in 
my computer but there is nothing there when I go to do the 
installation.  

I highly doubt there is anything wrong with the download/program 
itself.  It's either some setting in my computer (which is a custom-
built brand new machine not even a month old and running XP-Pro) that 
needs to be changed or the loose nut behind the keyboard needs to be 
tightened again!

Still, I've been enjoying my VR-500!  It's a great little receiver.
