I don't recall there being a cutoff, but the charge current is low  
enough that you can probably leave it on charge indefinitely. At  
overnight rates, good NiMH cells don't exhibit the sort of "memory"  
effect (actually overcharge damage) that NiCDs used to. At least,  
that's what I've heard, and my experience supports it.
