I ordered a replacement dial knob almost three weeks ago. When the guy taking the order saw that I only needed one small item, he suggested shipping it via mail. When I agreed, he quickly added, "we don't guarantee delivery if you ship via mail." In the past, part orders from Yaesu came in a timely fashion. Well, I'm still waiting for this knob. I guess what he meant was, "we don't guarantee that we'll ship it, either." They did not hesitate to charge my credit card, though!
