Hi Doug,

         Is the knob you asked for the encoder? Are you going to change it 
yourself? My VR500 fell to the floor and the encoder knob broke too. I 
managed to glue it again with a dental resin but I don´t know for how long 
time it will work so I think I will ask for this knob too. How much did you 
pay ?
