You'd think Yaesu would have figured out how to ship the things by now.
I would write a letter (not email, not phone call) to the CEO of the company
laying out the events -- I bet they would take care of it. Yaesu is an
unusual name -- I bet you could find out who the CEO is on the web.
On plastic scratches: I've found some wonderful stuff for polishing
scratches out of plastic. It's Meguiar's Scratch X, found at auto parts
stores. Comes in a big black toothpaste tube. Great for polishing up CD's
and DVD's, and even the jewel cases they come in. (Also works for removing
light scratches from car finishes!)
