If after sales service is an issue I would reconsider. I sent my VR in for repair and when it was repaired sent back to me the window was all scuffed up as a result of their packaging. When I sent it in to them, except for the repair it looked like a brand new scanner. When I contacted them about it they said to send it back and they would replace the window and re-imburse me for the shipping. Once they recieved it they said that they would not pay for the shipping but as a "courtousy" they would replace the window. When it arrived back home I had a bill for shipping and the window was once again scuffed up. I contacted then again and they said that I would have to ship it back a second time. You see where I am going with this. They want me to pay shipping there and back a ssecond time for a repair that was not even my fault!!! If this is the service your looking for then go a head and buy one, if not then...... __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
