Thanks, I got one from a nearby ham in a trade. I have a question though.......I bought and downloaded the FTBVR5K software.The manual says to NOT use a "null-modem" cable, but the yahoo groups all saythat you must. I know the cable works because it works on every other radio I have including an FT-950 Yaesu with "CAT". So any ideas, or knowwhere I can obtain a cable that works? (I did check the baud-rate, com #, etc.).Thanks for your help, Mike

seen on Dave's web site.) if you want a new, second

receiver, now is the time to open your wallet. i'm

sure Universal should still have a few. so, just a

little FYI.
