Given due regard to yesterday's findings and other reports of overheating - and some of my own misgivings about how hot the top of the case was getting....... Today I have drilled 45 x 5mm holes in the top of the case and 33 x 5mm holes in the bottom. Also noted that there was sufficient space adjacent to the speaker in the lower case to fit a small fan. I have previously used a 12v fan about 30mm square and arun it from 5v in a similar project. The fan ran quietly but with sufficient airflow. Further reports will arise..... Cheers - Martin ZL2MC
