Urgent help needed please (deaf VR-5000)

Hello all

I have been away for a few days and my VR-5000 turned off and no antenna or electricity connected.

When I started the radio yesterday it was very deaf on HF.
HF is what I mostly use it for so I thougt it was bad conditions, so I turned it off.

Tried today again and its same...
Today I also tried VHF AERO and the talking sounds broken and poor reception but VHF ACARS is normal with a range of 300 km.
I compared it with my Uniden 785XLT and the Yaesu has always been alot better, but not anymore...

I also tried more HF today and Shannon VOLMET is usually pretty strong, but no sign of life now.

So I did a factory restore but nothing got better, the only result is that I lost my saved frequencies..

I have also tried 2 different antennas in both A and B antenna jack but no difference, and when I try to pull out the antenna on HF the noise dont change if the antenna is connected or not..

Very weird as it only has been turned off.
I would hope a 800 Euro radio would last more than 1,5 year...
