Thanks, I'll take a look but my experience is that the heavy taxes in the UK more 
than double about any product for cost; at that amount I'd not want one.

Rob,

I managed to find a DSP-1 by searching the internet.  A dealer in the UK still had one and was willing to ship to the states.

Frankly, I like the radio with or without the DSP.  Just a nice unit.  I even purchased some control software so I can more easily program it.  Next up, I'm building an additional antenna so it doesn't have to share with my Ham radio.
