Hi there, There has always been a problem with the VR5000 power supply in that it won't supply enough current when carrying out intensive operations such as memory downloads - the voltage drops, you get the error display and the operation hangs. I use a 4Amp power supply and have no problems with the VR5k or Ken's software.
