Ok, Jack, I'll spell it out as I have it in my "Cheat Sheet".

Any letter or name in square brackets is a key to press.

Frequency into Memory Bank.

Press [F] then [V/M] then [ENT]

Press cursor keys to select existing bank or new bank number. Rotate tuning knob to select old or new memory number. If it's a used memory, the frequency is shown on the bottom line of the screen.

Press [ENT] twice, enter channel name or number.
Press [ENT] twice, enter main frequency, changing mode and step if required.
Press [ENT] twice, enter sub frequency, change mode and step if required.
Press [ENT] twice to MISC menu - cursor down to Function and change with [.] key if required.
Cursor down to END.
Press [ENT] twice to finish.

so you can do it all on a spreadsheet including naming the frequencies etc. You'll have to make/find a cable to connect your computer to the radio.
