Problem with the reception frequency range 313 MHz to 1239.99

I have a problem with the reception frequency range 313 MHz to 1239.99. With this broad band, regularly manage to receive section 1.8 MHz, 3.2 MHz on about the receiver just hums (maximum modulation noise) then again 1.8 MHz works, and again 3.2 MHz noise. Although I found a way to receive the entire bandwidth of 313 MHz to 1239.99 MHz. Radio reception is available only on the secondary receiver (BSS), while the main receiver (MAIN) display the frequency in the range 313 + (n * 1.8) MHz (I think I described it well :). Sorry, but service Yaesu sent back empty-handed - three times the receiver was already on the site, and three times he returned not repaired.
