Hi all, Many thanks for all your replies on my eralier questions. It really helped me and meanwhile I ordered a VR-120 (European model, I live in the Netherlands). When I get my VR120, I also want to connect it to my PC and use Bob's tk120 program. On his website there is a link to a schematic to build such a cable yourself. On eBay I sometimes see a self-built OPC-478 cable for sale which is used with the Icom scanners (e.g. the R2, R5,....). Price is very low, so I was thinking of buying such a cable. I searched the on the Internet and got the impression that this cable works as well with the Yaesu VR120. But I'm really not sure! Can this cable be used with the Yaesu? Did anyone ever try this? Maybe someone has as well other schematics to build this cable myself? Many tanks in advance for your replies...... Cheers, /Marc ------------------------ Yahoo!
