Greetings, Has anyone had recent experience with FPGA accelerators for BLAST? I'm interested to hear whether they have advanced much since 2002, when they seemingly weren't delivering on their promises. I'm interested to hear experiences with them, both at the desktop and cluster level. No vendors please.
