Hi All, Still getting a bit confused with R here. help please!! :-(( I am having a PERL CGI where I need to invoke R and run some commands on it. And this needs to work everytime the CGI is run. Ok I was told that it would be best if I have an R script that runs all my commands and use --vanilla on the PERL CGI script to invoke this Exaclty how is this done? Could any one enlighten me further? I need to be able to send in a file as argument to the R Script file, and commands within them are based on thiis file. How can I run it as a command batch file from the PERL CGI? Is this is the easiset way? Thanks in advance Shalini http://www.flamingtext.com/hmail.html _______________________________________________ Biodevelopers mailing list [email protected] https://bioinformatics.org/mailman/listinfo/biodevelopers
