retrieve Swissprot IDs

Hi All,

 

I have a long list (6k) of BLAST hit Ids (sp|123456|, em|......., etc
etc etc) still without the newer Gene ID option :(.

Is there a way to (semi-)automatically retrieve its corresponding
Swissprot id is present? (of course the sp|123456| is already there but
this is the minority of my sequences).
