Internship opportunities at The MathWorks, Inc. for this summer/fall

Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to participate and
collaborate with our computational biology group with the design and
implementation of analysis tools. 


Specific tasks and projects may include: 


Algorithms for the analysis of LCMS and GCMS experiments. 
Peptide fingerprinting and protein sequencing. 
De-isotoping and de-charging. 
Biomarker discovery
NextGen Sequencing Data Analysis
NMR structural protein analysis


Qualifications


B.Sc or B.Eng with strong background in Biochemistry 
Programming experience (Perl, R, SAS, C++, Java, MATLAB) 
Experiece in biochemical spectrometry data analysis techniques. 

Nice to have: 

Knowledge of mass-spectrometry or NMR based metabolomics 
Proficient on Statistical Signal Processing
