Purpose of the list (was Re: [BPARK] Shugborough)

Fair enough, sorry if my posting was not within the charter of the mailing
list. I'd suggest that the "Welcome" message for joining the list might be
modified to inform a newcomer of this, otherwise they might be tempted to post
about topics related to Bletchley Park outside of the above defined scope.

However, I'd also like to suggest that the group might consider allowing
discussion on any topic related to Bletchley Park -- are there reasons for
sticking just to 1) war-time BP and 2) securing the site as a museum? For
example, if, say, another Enigma machine was stolen from BP, would discussion
about it be off-topic?
