[dinosaur] PDF request

I urgently need this paper for a manuscript I'm expected to submit if not tomorrow, then at least next week. I have neither legal nor illegal access, though; Google Scholar finds an announcement of a preprint that will, stunningly, remain embargoed until 12 months after publication. Given how urgent this is, I prefer to ask this whole list rather than just the two authors.

Anybody who helps me out will be mentioned in the acknowledgments.
