For such things, use ka.

You're free to define your experimentals how you want, but when you see
Mr Bird, you are seeing the definition of birdhood only in a nonstandard
(but valid) sense of 'definition' -- definition not in terms of a set of
statements/propositions, but in terms of being either the embodiment of
or the template for birdhood.
