{da speni de e di} is {da speni de ije da speni di}, which
apparently reduces to {da speni de}, "someone is married to
someone".

{ko'a speni ko'e e ko'i} is {ko'a speni ko'e ije ko'a speni ko'i},
which would mean that ko'a is married both to ko'e and to ko'i.

{ko'a speni ko'e joi ko'i} would mean that ko'a is married to
the pair of ko'e and ko'i. It doesn't say what the relationship
is between ko'e and ko'i.
