Оба правы, по-моему. Судя по резкому снижению потока технических переводов, по крайней мере у меня, она-таки почти или совсем застопорилась. Да, она, наверное, в процессе стабилизации, т.е. прекращает или уже прекратила резкое снижение. Наглядная иллюстрация обвала — графики биржевых котировок. Она, разумеется, когда-нибудь стабилизируется. На каком уровне, однако? Кто сейчас может это сказать?

Отвлекаясь от восторга от вчерашней встречи (который я полностью разделяю): тут меня хотят уверить, что, по словам директора-распорядителя МВФ, мировая экономика УЖЕ остановилась. А я с этим категорически не согласна, ибо Георгиева заявила:"Never in the history of the IMF, we have witnessed the world economy coming to a standstill". Кто прав???
