All the examples you have offered come from the Russian websites or are related to the Russian system. 

 

The British GMC is an extremely tough nut to crack for medical staff coming from other countries and looking for employment. I have been translating documents for Russian-speaking clients applying to GMC, for many years and they often have no regard for the overseas qualifications. I don’t want anything in my translations to put GMC off, for the sake of the clients.. I just wanted to find a reasonable equivalent as you put it therefore I went without “primary”.

But isn’t it incumbent on the British medical system to recognize the arrangements of non-British systems, as long as there are reasonable equivalents in English?

Abstract

Но еще поищу употребление primary accreditation относительно британской медицинской системы.

Скажите, пожалуйста, как правильно перевести «пройти первичную аккредитацию». 

 

Перевожу справку Минздрава, выданную медработнику о том, что она прошла первичную аккредитацию в Первом Спб Мед Университете по специальности «Педиатрия», после чего может занимать врачебные должности.
