ru.wikipedia.org: LanguageRu.Php update

Dear colleagues!

At first I'd wish to thank Brion and others for the very promt reactions to
my requests!

Now, considering that the press release is about to be released, I've
updated the Russian language file at the Meta Wikipedia (changed wording a
bit, synchronized with the most recent 1.25.2.13 stable version from the
CVS). I'd like it to be applied to the Russian Wikipedia.

By the way, I hadn't expected that a localization would pump the number of
edits as it actually did. So I recommend ambassadors - if your language
version is not translated, it's a good idea to translate it.
