Hi,

I hope this question is not off topic. If so, which forum is
appropriate?

I want to translate special tags like:

Special:Userlogin

I saw that in german page "Spezial:..." is used instead of
"Special:..."

How can I do this? 

Can I also override the tags following "Special:" prefix?
