It's a remerge and it's not a remerge :) At es:wikipedia they are using a bot to copy articles from Enciclopedia Libre to Wikipedia, since around 2 months ago (Wikipedia and EL redactors agreed at this). Time ago there was a ratio of 2.000 articles Wikipedia / 10.000 articles EL, if I remember well, but now is 10.000/16.000. Some EL editors, also, take articles from Wikipedia manually sometimes, and maybe next month both enciclopedias will be very similar in size and contents. Anyway, at this moment there is no plans at EL to merge both projects: EL people will continue editing at Enciclopedia Libre and Wikipedia people will continue editing at Wikipedia. And yes, we have some problems with phase 2 and we are now updating to the new software and also change to a new and faster server.
