Note: the country code for Malaysia is "my" instead of "ms"... too bad
we didn't go straight for 3 letter lang codes in the beginning.

.my would be better, i agree.

I was emailing with Inram W. Smith and he said that MYNIC was getting
stricter and would only allow .org.my and .com.my.  If we could get
www.wikipedia.my, then even better
