Portuguese wikipedia

Hi, i very recently became interested in wikipedia, i think it's a great
idea. I'm with a group of people that play the board game "settlers of
catan" online trough this open source implementation:
http://s3dconnector.net. We used wikipedia to write a version of the
rulebook,and an english page and some translations exist already. When i
tried to translate it to portuguese (my primary language) i discovered
that the portuguese wikipedia seems to still be in phase II of the
software. I tried to contact the portuguese ambassador, paulo colacino,
but he doesn't leave an email, so i left him a message in his personal
wiki lol. Can anybody help me? Do you have any idea about
what is happening in the portuguese embassy? Thanks in advance
