The database, uploads, and programs have been copied from pliny (which has a flaky hard drive) to another server on loan from Bomis. Everything should be back online at this point. There may be some problems with TeX, and possible other quirks. Mailing list signup is not back yet; hopefully that'lll get resolved soon.
