Re: Tamil wiki support

Hi Ramanan,

The Asian Open Source Centre in Malaysia has a Tamil wiki
(http://www.asiaosc.org/tainwiki/).  Perhaps the staff, users and
contributors of that wiki would be more attuned to these matters and
would provide some useful input.
