Translating into Turkish

Hello everybody,

I would like to help a bit do develop the Turkish Wikipedia. I have begun to
translate the interface, but it didn't give the result I expected. I'll
write what I did and would be happy if somebody told me, where I went wrong:

1. I edited the file "LanguageTr.php" at
"http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locales_for_the_Wikipedia_Software", and all the changes appear in the file, but
not in the real interface at "tr.wikipedia.org"

2. I desperately looked for the main menu, which appears on the left (main
page, recent changes, random page etc.), but it does not seem to be part of
the php-file. In fact, the php-file does not even contain the phrase "main
page"
