Not exaclty.
Japanese is not written in latin alphabet at all (well, you can do, but
it has no official recognition at all; you can also write it on tengwar
also, after all).

For serbian, I don't know what it is now, but at the time when it was
serbocroatian, both cyrillic and latin writtings were equally valid and
officially recognized.

Other languages also have differencies in writting accross political
boundaries:
Azeri: latin in Azerbaijan, arabic in Iran
Low Saxon: in Germany and in Netherlands they use quite different
	orthographies (but a projet for a common orthography is
	underway)
several languages of Africa are written in latin, arabic, or ethiopic
	script, depending on the countries.
Then there are also a lot of languages in former USSR that have
	officially drop cyrillic, but in practice still use it largely,
	or even exclusively; which raises the point of which script
	to use in the long run.

While in a lot of cases you can indeed have different article titles
for simplified and traditional writting; in some cases you cannot
disambiguate the title (even if the text of the article can); I wonder
how those cases are handled.
