Bureaucrat on hr

Hello,

I don't know who's the one to make bueraucrats, but in order to attain a
higher level of autonomy, I would kindly ask to be given status of a
bueraucrat on the Croatian Wikipedia (hr:). I am already administrator
there, and didn't yet have any complaints, and our beautiful little
Wikipedia is finally starting to grow. Being able to assign Sysops on our
own, without having to bother anyone else outside our community, would be a
great step forward into autonomy.

I really think, every language Wikipedia should have at least one
bureaucrat, so they can work more on their own.

If this is the wrong place to ask, please conside pointing me to the right
one.
