Question to Slovak Wikipedia SW

Hi all,

my goal is to finish a start and help a Slovak version 
(sk.wikipedia.org) of Wikipedia to be a fully localized and ready for 
editors. Also to translate some howtos and other editor's useful staff.

I have some points to this:
- On which software a Slovak version is running now? I assume that old 
one. How can we change this to a new software (... new logo is better 
than old one :-) ...)? Are there some preconditions before this step?

- Looks like http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/LanguageSk.php is almost 
fully translated (possibe some minor translations after clarifications). 
But version on sourceforge - 1.8 (I suppouse this one is used now) - 
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/wikipedia/phase3/languages/LanguageSK.php 
is not fully translated. Is a step of replacing content from 
http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/LanguageSk.php to sourceforge correct (I 
suppouse meta.wikipedia show some version from sourceforge or? Which one)?

- Page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Perfect_article was 
translated but I was not able to put a link to a Slovak page there (see 
page history). Link with special Slovak character was showed incorrectly 
on English page and later removed - character c( encoded on page itself 
as č (269) was showed as character Ä. (I apologize for not giving a 
code for this character but I do not know it). I entered national 
character directly from keyboard, after click on Show preview character 
was converted to mentioned code. I checked a code-possition? and it is a 
correct one for that character! Note that link was broken only within a 
part of Other languages links. If I put a link within an article text, 
it was interpreted correctly. Notes how to correct this or some page 
points will be welcomed.
