Most is, not everything. But the point is that wherever there is a choice,
the choice has now been made for all Wikipedias. As said, on nl: we had
languages in local encoding only, we now get the Latin (back). And in the
case of zh-tw and zh-cn, that Latin is in English rather than in Chinese
or Dutch.
