This "battle" is overblown. Apart from there being many experts who
contribute quite effectively to Wikipedia, it turns out the actual
answer is that disciplines are realising they have to come to the
mountain, e.g. http://www.psychologicalscience.org/index.php/members/aps-wikipedia-initiative
